Confessionly is a Discord bot and web application that allows users to submit anonymous confessions within Discord servers. The Service includes:

• A Discord bot that facilitates anonymous confession submissions
• A web-based dashboard for server administrators to manage confessions and settings
• Moderation tools for reviewing and managing confessions before publication
• User authentication through Discord OAuth
• Data synchronization between the Discord bot and web application

3. User Accounts and Authentication

3.1 Discord Authentication

• You must have a valid Discord account to use our Service
• You authorize us to access your Discord account information as needed for the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account

3.2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service
• You must have proper authorization to add the bot to Discord servers you manage

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in doxxing, harassment, or targeted abuse
• Submit content that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

5. Content and Moderation

5.1 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit

5.2 Content Moderation

• Server administrators have full discretion to approve, reject, or remove confessions
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• Confessions are reviewed by server moderators before being posted publicly
• We may implement automated content filtering for illegal or harmful content

5.3 Content Retention

• Confession content is stored for operational purposes and moderation
• Deleted confessions may be retained for a reasonable period for moderation and safety purposes

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Service Availability

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your Discord servers and not accessing the web dashboard.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for:

• Illegal or harmful activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Discontinuation of the Service

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease

• These Terms shall survive termination as necessary

12. Discord Integration

12.1 Discord Terms

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• We are not responsible for Discord's actions or policies
• Discord integration is subject to Discord's API terms and limitations

12.2 Bot Permissions

• The bot requires specific Discord permissions to function
• You are responsible for managing bot permissions in your servers
• Removing required permissions may limit Service functionality

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
